Relationship to SLOCCF
The Real Estate Foundation is a Type I Supporting Organization of the San Luis Obispo County Community Foundation. As such, the Real Estate Foundation is independent and separately incorporated, but tightly controlled by the Community Foundation. Proceeds from transactions of the Real Estate Foundation will be transferred to donor-designated charities through the Community Foundation.
